BACKGROUND MUSIC CONSULTANCY
Music is key to defining atmosphere. If the atmosphere is right for your customers, they are more likely to stay longer and come back for more. It also says a lot about your brand. Our objective is to create a unique 'sound' for your retail space.
When we start working with a new client, we first get to understand all about the brand and the type of customers it is aiming to attract. Then we devise the strategy for an overall brand sound, developing sample playlists to show the client what direction we are heading in.
The next stage is to create a music schedule that reflects the desired change in atmosphere according to the time of day, week, or year. For multi-site retailers, we either run the same overall brand sound in every store, or can adapt the music to reflect regional and local tastes.
We keep our huge central music library bang up to date with everything from mainstream chart hits to eclectic and underground tunes. This enables us to keep clients' playlists fresh and new - if necessary tracks can even be playing in sites within a few hours of us receiving them from record labels.
We supply an end to end service, including consultancy, profiling, the supply of music tracks and the updating of music content according to your requirements. The music content plays out in store via an audio player from our range of media players.
