Kaleidovision has helped retail banking groups use screen media to sell products and services, and enhance and reposition their brands.
Retail banks primarily interact and build relationships with their customers in the branch. With a multitude of financial-based products to sell - mortgages, savings and loans, communicating up to date information in an engaging way can be a challenge.
Screen media can offer significant advantages in this environment. Screens can be incorporated into the interior design of the branch, strategically positioned to provide engaging content in waiting areas, for people standing in queues, or acting as large animated posters in the store frontage, visible from the street. Product information can be presented in an animated, engaging and eye-catching way. When controlled centrally, information such as rate changes, or even whole offers, can be updated across the branch network almost instantaneously. Through research we have demonstrated that awareness of products and offers increases.
By contrast, the information in the majority of banking halls is currently communicated in print. Marketeers are very aware that printing and distributing large amounts of paper takes time and costs money, and doesn't necessarily achieve the stand-out they would like. Screens do not only offer increased awareness and engagement, they can also offer significant medium term savings as the print budget requirement decreases.
Interactive touch sensitive screens allow customers to interact with sophisticated technology whilst in the branch. A "virtual concierge" service gives the brand a sense of technical competence, and allows customers to find out about products and services efficiently.
