ANDY PITMAN, Managing Director
Andy has been MD of Kaleidovision since co-founding the agency in 1992. He has extensive experience developing strategy for digital media networks. In 2003 he launched Brightspace Media, a sister company to Kaleidovision, which generates digital media sales revenues for Kaleidovision's clients.
Andy's vision ensures Kaleidovision's solutions incorporate excellence on both a creative and technological level; he enjoys pulling together multi-disciplinary solutions to meet challenging client objectives. He has built Kaleidovision's reputation as an expert niche agency by blending a dynamic mix of people, skills and technology, which ensures the delivery of innovative, bespoke solutions to clients.
AISHA NANOR, Head of Music
Aisha has headed the music team at Kaleidovision since 2004. With her extensive knowledge and understanding of musical genres, Aisha's expertise is invaluable to our clients. Most people who know her would agree that she brings a huge amount of dynamism and energy to whatever she's doing.
One of Aisha's initiatives has been to select musicians and DJs to expand the music team, so that their specialist insight can enhance the division's profiling work. She and her team provide music consultancy and develop music identities for many high street brands, including: Ivory Lounge, Pitcher & Piano, Varsity and Walkabout.
Aisha has broadened the music division's offering to include both general and specific training for DJs, as well as mood management programmes for venue managers.
Aisha has raised awareness amongst record labels of Kaleidovision's reach within the marketplace. She has also developed relationships with the record labels to a point where she has negotiated and influenced a stream of exclusive deals and releases available to clients.
Aisha's interest in music is not only professional but personal. Growing up in a musical family, Aisha is a frequent concert-goer, a regular visitor to Ibiza, enjoys going to clubs and music festivals and listens to a vast and eclectic range of music.
