Introduction

Gala Casinos were sponsors of the Great British Poker Tour on ITV4. They needed start and end bumpers for the show that featured their on-line gaming portal galacasinos.co.uk.

Objectives 

Gala tasked Kaleidovision to produce a full suite of ad bumpers using as a creative starting point the illustration for an existing print campaign - the façade of a house.

Solutions

The adopted creative idea for the bumpers was to extend the print campaign theme to show streets of houses which were encapsulated in a spinning roulette wheel - hinting at the idea we all live in a world which in itself one big game of chance. The storyboards called for some very high end 3D motion graphics morphing between the the virtual streets of houses and the spinning roulette wheel which they were apparently embedded in - challenging!

The stills below show the initial concepts, the modelling and the final motion graphics sequence. The audio was completed as a separate project.
