The distribution platform is made up of a resilient set of servers hosted in London, as well as local servers hosted within some clients’ own networks. The system automatically identifies the content that is to be distributed and seamlessly manages the update to specific venues.
The entire network distribution system is managed centrally by Kaleidovision’s advanced monitoring and reporting systems that proactively alert the Operations team to any issues that may arise during the distribution process. This allows our Support team to quickly identify where any issues have occurred, so they can be resolved as soon as possible with minimum disruption to the client.
